1. Crop and resize your base.
2. Add a new layer and fill with #E4F710 and set to SOFTLIGHT 100%.
3. Add a new Selective Colouring layer and use the following settings:
REDS: -45 / +100 / +62 / +100
YELLOWS: +33 / +53 / -34 / +36
NEUTRALS: +33 / +27 / -19 / +12
4. Add a new layer and fill with #070443 and set to EXCLUSION 50%.
5. Add a new Selective Colouring layer and use the following settings:
REDS: -100 / +40 / +32 / 0
YELLOWS: -100 / -100 / -32 / +55
NEUTRALS: -20 / -13 / -25 / +24
6. Now duplicate your base and drag to the top. Set this layer to SOFTLIGHT 50%.
That's you done!
