1. Crop your image to 100x100.

2. Duplicate your base and set to screen.
RESULT:

3. Go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Hue/Saturation. Stay on Master, and change the Saturation to +35.
RESULT:

4. Go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color:
Reds: Cyan: +100 Magenta: +25 Yellow: -40 Black: -19
Yellows: Cyan: -100 Magenta: +37 Yellow: +100 Black: -21
Neutrals: Cyan: +33 Magenta: 0 Yellow: +40 Black: -7
RESULT:

5. You're done! :) You may need to change the settings around a bit according to each image, but thats the main gist of it! :D Hope it helps!
