Capturing video onto an image

I'm haveing a similar problem to the person below me..infact maybe the same problem..I'm not sure.

I have printscreen but when I capture the screen, it only captures the frame around the actual video images and leaves the video images out..

Is there anyway I can capture the images on the video??
