Young and Sweet, Only Seventeen~

Go from  to 

Made in Photoshop 7- (it should be translatable)

Step 1- 
Start with your base photo, then crop it and rotate it- whatever you want.
>>Duplicate your base, and go to filter>blur>gaussian blur at 4.0 pixel radius. Set it to darken. (100% opacity)
>>Duplicate your base again and drag it to the top. Set it to hard light. (100% opacity)


Step 2-
Go to layer>new fill layer>solid color
>>Put in the color: 160A4E
>>Set it to exclusion. (100% opacity)


Step 3-
Go to layer>new fill layer>solid color
>>Put in F5B9B9
>>Set it to soft light. (40% opacity)
>>Go to layer>new adjustment layer>hue/saturation
>>Put in: Hue: 7, Saturation: 19, Lightness: -10


Step 4-
Go to layer>new adjustment layer>channel mixer
>>The red should already be at 100, so just change the green to 16
>>Duplicate base and drag it to the top. Set it to luminosity. (100% opacity)


Step 5-
Paste the following gradient and drag it to the top. Move it around- be creative. [:

Step 6-
Copy and paste the following texture onto your base, and drag it to the top.

>>Set it to screen. (50% opacity)


Step 7-
Copy the following tiny text/background and paste it on to your base. Again, drag it to the top.

>>Set it to overlay. (100% opacity)


Step 8-
Add some text or more brushes, or leave it as is. You are now finished with this tutorial [:
