Prep your image. Depending on your base you might want to sharpen, crop (...) it.
Now duplicate your layer and set it to screen. The opacity is up to you, again depending on what your base looks like. I set it to 37%.
Now add a Layer -> New Adjustment Layer -> Selective Color
Reds: +19, -33, -100, +65
Cyans: +40, -22, 0, 0
Neutrals: +13, 0, -10, 0
Add a Layer -> New Fill Layer -> Solid Color
Use #F288F1 and set it to Color Burn, opacity 10%
Layer -> New Adjustment Layer -> Channel Mixer
Red: +100, +10, 0, 0
Green: 0, +100, 0, 0
Blue: 0, 0, +90, 0
Layer -> New Fill Layer -> Solid Color
Use #85F1A9 and set it to Exclusion, opacity 10%
Layer -> New Adjustment Layer -> Color Balance
Midtones: +20, -10, -15
Shadows: -33, -7, 0
Highlights: +31, +42, +42
Add another Color Fill Layer with #FDFCB3
Set it to Soft Light at 25%

Now go back to your base, duplicate it and drag it to the top of your layers.
Set it to screen and chose the opacity you like. I set it to 15%.
