1. Let's start off with a selective color:
Reds: -100,28,100,100
Yellows: -100,-100,-100,100
Neutrals: -4,-1,17,-1
2. Make a new fill layer, fill with 99998F set to Pin Light 100%
3. Make another fill layer, fill with D8B32A set to softlight 100%
4. Seletive Color:
Reds: -37,28,24,-4
Yellows: -9,10,-48,-4
Neutrals: 22,4,-45,10
5. Now duplicate your base set to softlight 100% and bring it to the top
6. New fill layer, fill with A3E7E5 set to multiply 100%
7. Color Balance:
Midtones: 28,15,-1
Shadows: 3,-6,9
Highlights: -12,12,-30
8. Last fill layer, fill with D2CB97 set to softlight 100%
And you're done!
