NEUTRALS:

BLACKS:

02. New Color balance layer
MIDTONES: +18, +1, -13
SHADOWS: -16, -5, +4
HIGHLIGHTS: 0, -8, 0
03. Go back to the base, sharpen eyes and lips by using the sharpen tool at 50% strenght
04. Copy the base and drag it to the top, put it on screen 10%
And you are finished. (:
