01. Once you have your base, duplicate it and set it to Screen @ 100 percent.
02. Fill a new layer with fbdcb7 and set it to Multiply @ 60 percent.
03. Fill a new layer with c1e7ff and set it to Burn @ 50 percent.
And you're done! That was simple, wasn't it?
