Across The Universe Coloring

Start with your base, I am using an image from the movie Across The Universe


1. DUPLICATE your base and set to SOFT LIGHT 80%

2. Make a new CURVES LAYER with these settings:
RGB: I- 118 O-134
RED: I-71 O-99, I-172 O-175
GREEN: I-85 O-62, I-175 O-178
BLUE: I-67 O-90, I-185 O-162
Set this layer to SOFT LIGHT 100%

3. DUPLICATE CURVES LAYER and set the layer to MULTIPLY 30%

4. DUPLICATE YOUR BASE IMAGE and DRAG TO THE TOP set this layer to LIGHTEN 50%

5. Make a new FILL LAYER and fill with the color 11184D and set layer to EXCLUSION 90%

6. Make a new FILL LAYER and fill with the color FDECDE and set layer to MULTIPLY 68%

7. Make a new FILL LAYER and fill with the color A5DEEA and set layer to COLOR BURN 45%

8. Make a new FILL LAYER and fill with the color 6B8168 and set layer to SCREEN 36%

9. Make a new SELECTIVE COLORING LAYER with these settings:
REDS: -36, -18, 15, -12
YELLOWS: -61, 13, -21, 21
NEUTRALS: 23, 0, -15, 8
