First, make a Curveslayer
RGB:112,127
Make a color fill layer and set 140505 to Exlcusion 100%
Make another color fill layer and set 8c0101 to Overlay 10%. This adds some color without being too overpowering.
Now Channel Mixer. I love these layers.
Red:76,0,6
Blue:2,0,132,2
Set to Soft Light 50%
Color Balance
Midtones:5,0,0
Hightlights:3,0,2
Anotherrrr color fill layer. e71919 set to Luminosity 50%. I love Luminosity layers.
Then, duplicate your base, drag to top, and set to Soft Light.
Now a Levels layer for more light and contrast.
RGB:15,1.15,245
Color Balance
Midtones:0,0,5
Highlights:-11,0,5
The last step! Channel Mixer.
Red:102,0,-2
Blue:6,0,98
This step is optional. It'll help if your picture is too blue.
Color Balance:
Midtones:8,0,-27
I thought that the icon needed more light and contrast. So after the Lumionsity level, I duplicated the base(like with the soft light layer) but set it to Screen 40%.
And at the very beginning before the Curves layer, I added a Brightness/Contrast layer:
B:-3
C:10
And that's it! Sorry it's long... I hope I wasn't too confusing. I'd love to see what you've made :)
