(some steps may need adjusting according to base)

step 1:
crop your picture. fix up however necessary.

step 2:
duplicate your base and set it to screen - 50%

step 3:
new fill layer - #F26D7D and set it to soft light - 100%

step 4:
selective colour layer -
reds: +50, -30, -30, +50
yellows: +50, 0, -50, 0
magentas: +100, -100, +100, +100
whites: +100, 0, 0, 0
neutrals: +20, -20, -20, +10

step 5:
selective colour layer -
reds: -100, +50, +50, -20
yellows: -50, 0, -50, 0
cyans: +100, -50, +50, -50
neutrals: -20, -10, -10, +10

step 6:
new fill layer - #197B30 and set it to soft light - 20%

step 7:
new fill layer - #D0ECF7 and set it to colour burn - 100%

step 8:
new fill layer - #FBFBAE and set it to multiply - 20%
