Tutorial #002
I'm using PHOTOSHOP CS3
1. Duplicate base twice and set both to Softlight. Sharpen if neccessary. :3 Lower the opacity if too contrasted.
2. Selective coloring! >:3 CLICK [I STRONGLY suggest you play around the settings..]
3. You're probably wondering how I did the text.. It's actually pretty easy. Make a new layer. Use the rectangular marquee tool and fill it with any color you want. I used white. Unselect and use free tranform to move and rotate it.
4. Place your text. And just use free free transform to rotate.
