[x] Film Filter is needed.
[x] No selective coloring.
There are three possible outcomes for this, but I didn't want to make the entry look ugly so it's all behind the cut!

After the first step, you may stop at anytime you want, there are three outcomes for this, so choose your favorite and stop when you think is appropriate! ^^
1) Leave your base as is, especially if it's lacking in color, then go to Effects > Photo Effects > Film and Filters > Film Looks: Warm earth tones.
>>>
2) Make a fill layer at #58a5f6 and set it to Burn 81%. You have then achieved the first look.
>>>
3) To make the second look, add the texture (made by
iheart_kyujong) and put it as Lighten at 31%.
>>>
4) For the final step take the texture provided (also made by me), and set it at Screen 100%.
>>>
And you're done! Feedback would be very much appreciated.
