1. First you're gonna sharpen your base, then duplicate your base and go to Gaussion Blur, put the radius to 1.3, and set to softlight 100%.
2. Selective Coloring:
Reds: -19,46,-13,100
Yellows: -31,4,-26,-12
Neutrals: 6,-19,-27,21
3. Hue and Saturation:
Master Sat: 20
4. Make a new fill layer, fill with B1B5D0 set to multpily 100%
5. Curves:
RBG: I: 96 O:137
Red: I:153 O:124
Green: I: 153 O:159
Blue: I: 150 O: 137
6. Make another new fill layer, fill with EDD7EF, set to multiply 100%
7. Color Balance:
Midtones: 19,13,-21
Shadows: 4,-13,16
Highlights: -3,12,23
8. Duplicate your base set to screen 46% and bring to the top
9. One last Selective Color:
Reds: -100,1,48,12
Yellows: 100,100,-6,-15
Neutrals: 18,8,18,-14
And you're done! :D
