help me!!

can anyone help me make an icon out of this? i want it to say something with his last name -Gyllenhaal- and a movie he is in -maybe "the day after tomorrow or whatever- but i want it to flash like my icon. i dont have the programs to make the icons do that. if there is not a program i dont know how.

please help!!
