1. Starting off with a selective color:

Reds: -100,36,100,22
Yellows: 100,47,100,-14
Neutrals: 35,11,-17,10

2. Make a new fill layer, fill with ECDCAD set to multiply 100%

3. Color Balance:
Midtones: -34,-36,-19
Shadows: -16,-12,-1
Highlights: -26,-13,21

4. Make a new fill layer this time fill with EED7EF set to color burn 64%

5. Make a curves Layer:
RGB: I: 118 O:144
Red: I: 161 O:144
Green: I: 128 O: 135
Blue: I:178 O:156

6. Last step which is a selective color:
Reds: -83,-15,100,-19
Yellows: -100,-16,-24,-16
Neutrals: 21,16,-20,-9
