to this: 1) Take your base and sharpen it or whatever else you'd like, then go to Effects > Photo Effects > Film and Filters > Film Looks: Vivid; Creative Filters: Custom: #f5bbbd; Density: 20

3) Make another fill layer with #9abafc as the color and put it to Saturation 36%
