4) New Raster Layer: #bde4ff. Multiply @ 20%.
5) New Raster Layer: #35210c. Exclusion @ 70%.
6) Duplicate the base, drag it to the top. Screen @ 100%.
7) Duplicate the layer in step 6 and change the opacity to 25%.
8) New Adjustment Layer: Brightness/Contrast
Brightness: 1
Contrast: 10
9) New Adjustment Layer: Color Balance
Midtones: -5, -5, -10
Shadows: +10, -10, -10
