Ray Toro Tutorial.

Not translatable. My bad.
Made in PS7.
Fill layer, Selective Coloring, Color Balance.
1. Crop, resize, all that good stuff. Duplicate base and set it to Soft Light. If your image is dark a Screen layer is okay.
2. Layer > New Fill Layer > Solid Color > #190101 set to Exclusion 100%.
3. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color.
Reds: -100, 0, 100, 0.
Yellows: -100, 0, -50.
Cyans: +100, 0, -100, 0.
Blues: +100, 0, -100, 0.
Neutrals: -15, -25, -20, +19.
4. Duplicate that Selective Color layer, set it at 44% Opacity.
5. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Color Balance.
Midtones: -9, -5, +23
Highlights: +15, +11, -53.
Shadows: -14, -3, +42.
Ta daaaaa. :]
You can add a Saturation level at the end (I did for the Bob icon), but for the most part, it should be fine at this point.

Comments make me feel fuzzy.
