o1. Make a new fill layer (Layer; New Fill Layer; Solid) with #f6f300, set in on soft light 1oo%
(it could also be another type of yellow, but it should be a bright one.)
o2. Open a selective color layer (Layer; New Adjustment Layer; Selective Color)
And do this settings:
Reds: -78;0;77;100
Yellows: -54;0;-15;0
Neutrals: 69;-45;-93;17
o3. One more time, make a new fill layer.
This time with #6b106c. Set it on luminosity 25%
