Step 1:  Prepare your base, blablabla...
Step 2: Duplicate the base and set it to overlay with the opacity 100%.
Step 3: Now make a new color fill layer, set it to 100% exclusion and fill with 222F1D.
Step 4: Selective Coloring:
REDS: -35, 25, 26, 40
YELLOWS: -44,11,41,15
WHITES: 50, 0, 0, 0
NEUTRALS: 13, -10, -5, 5

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: For some examples I used two additional steps and changed the BLACK in NEUTRALS to 35.(darker). For some examples I just changed the BLACK in NEUTRALS to 35 and didn't do the additional steps.

So here are two OPTIONAL steps :
Step 5 :NewColor Blance layer:
Midtones: -24, 0, 17
Shadows: -14,0, 8
Highlights: 0,-10, 0

Step 6:
New Curves Layer:
RGB:
Point 1:
I: 68
O: 80

Point 2:
I: 138
O: 149
