1. First sharpen your base

2. Duplicate your base then go to Filter>>Blur>>Gaussian Blur, and then put the raidus to 1.3
Set this to softlight 100%

3. Make a new fill layer (Layer>>New Fill layer>>Solid) and fill with B5E0D3 set to multiply 100%

4. Make another new fill layer, and fill with E9D5BB and set that to color burn 39%

5. Then open up a selective color layer (Layer>>New Adjustment Layer>>Selective color)
With these settings:

Reds: -100,-22,100,-38
Yellows: -100,-100,-100,100

6. Color balance:

Midtones: -34,-31,37
Shadows: 5,18,28
Highlights: -41,-30,-45

7. Curves:
RGB: Input: 131 Output: 158

Add text or whatever else you want and you're done!
