1. sharpen your base, and fade sharpen to 40%
2. duplicate base, set to screen 62%
3. new adjustment layer >> hue/saturation >> 0, +26, 0
4. make a new layer, fill with #0066AD and set to exclusion 22%
5. make a new layer, fill with #E4D385 and set to soft light 20 - 40%
6. make a new layer, fill with #FF9AAD and set to luminosity 10%
7. flatten image, duplicate base and set to colour burn 20%
