1. Duplicate your base and set it to screen, opacity 40%

2. Create a new layer (ctrl+shift+n) and color/fill it with #00D194

3. Selective color

Reds: -100 0 -12 0
Yellows: -17 0 0 0
Greens: 100 52 -100 0
Cyans: 100 100 100 0
Neutrals: -10 0 0 0

4. Selective color

Reds: -100 3 15 0
Greens: 100 -100 100 0

5. Exposure (Layer > New adjustment layer > Exposure)

Exposure : +0,64
Offset: -0,0685
Gamma correction: 1,11
