Sorry for the previous post, I didn't know rules had changed :)
1. Duplicate your base. Move it on top and set it to soft light, 100%
2. Go to Layer > New Adjustment layer > Selective color
Reds: +100, +26, +26, 0
Yellows: +100, -32, 0, 0
Neutrals: +38, +12, -2, 0
3. Go to Layer > New adjustment layer > Curves
RGB: input: 91; output: 96
Red: input: 143; output: 143
Green: input: 112; output: 126
Blue: input: 78; output: 67
4. Go to Layer > New adjustment layer > Levels
RGB: 48, 1,20, 255
5. Duplicate your base and set it on top, soft light 44%
6. Add a new layer with this texture. Set it to soft light 70%

You can finish here or made one more step.
7. Add a new layer with this texture. Set it to pin light 100%
