text efects
I was looking at some icons,and the text on them like have a sort of effect that makes them show off more,like they're even a bit transparent.. what I actually want is some effects for fonts to stand out more,ya know?
And my PSP8 somehow doesn't go smaller than font number 8,how can I change that?thanks for any help :o)

I've downloaded image packs of some brushes,and someone a long time ago taught me how to import them into PSP8,But I forgot how to do that.. anyone could help me out?
