1. deblicate base and set to soft light (Fill 25%)
2. dublicate one more time and set to screen (Fill 40%)
    Both of those steps depend on the lightness of the base

3. Color Fill Layer #bcb0a4 set to "Overlay"

4. Color Balance Layer
    Midtones. +70, +10, -17
    Highights. -7, +7, +8
    Shadows. +9, +19, 0

5. Color Fill Layer #94b6c0 set to "Color Burn" (Fill 45%)
6. Color Fill Layer #1b0601 set to "Exclusion"
