*Don't forget to change around settings for your image if you want to!
1. Depending on how dark your image is, duplicate your base and set it to Screen. I have mine at 35% because the image was already bright enough.
2. Fill a new raster layer with the color #a2e1ff. Set this to Color Burn at about 64%.
3. Fill a new raster layer with the color #ffbac2. Set this to Soft Light at about 25%.
4. New Adjustment Layer: Curves
RGB:
Point 1- (201,209)
Point 2- (109,103)
Red:
Point 1- (209,211)
Green:
Point 1- (195,199)
Point 2- (99,110)
Blue:
Point 1- (216,227)
Point 2- (107,117)
5. New Adjustment Layer: Selective Color
Yellow: -100, 0, +100, 0
Neutrals: +29, +4, +6, 0
6. New Adjustment Layer: Hue/Saturation
Master Saturation: +12
7. Duplicate the base, drag it to the top. Set it to Soft Light at about 60%.

You're done! =) Comments are nice, feel free to ask questions!
