#1 Alright, so grab your base. Mine's Keira Knightley in Pride and Prejudice.
#2 Make a new Channel Mixer layer.
Red: 132 -133 0
Green: 0 105 0
Blue: -92 153 100
#3 Copy your base and drag it to the top, set it to softlight.
#4 Make a new Colourbalance layer, leave Preserve Luminance checked.
Midtones: 0 0 32
Shadows: -23 0 0
Highlights: 0 26 0
#5 Finally, make a new Curves layer.
RGB: I-159 O-177
BLUE: I-154 O-165
And there we go!
