Make these icons
Made in my PSP XI translateable.
001 Base --
002 Duplicate Base to screen
003 Floodfill with #c0ffff softlight
004 (optional: you can use your own) add this texture -- to screen. I erased parts of the texture away as you can see:
005 (optional) I made the textbox by selecting with a rectangle, flood filling that with white and stamped a tiny text brush over it, erasing the overlaps.
All opacities set to 100 or adjust accordingly.
I edited my last coloring tutorial with a link to a psd for those who might need it too.
