You can make a couple of icons from this tutorial.
1. Crop and resize your base to 100x100px. You may also use the base I made.
2. Duplicate and set to Soft Light 100%. You could stop here as it already creates a pretty nifty icon.
3. Okay now to spice up the colouring a little. Create a new raster layer and fill with #ea0b00. Set to Lighten 30%. You get this >>
4. See that bit in the left corner, that wonky bit? Well, we're gonna fill that in with white. So create a new layer and use a brush to draw over it. Change the opacity to 44% on Normal.
5. Then, to the left, in a normal font ( I used Browallia New size 11) write "RAINBOW HIGH" or something that applies to your image. YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IT. I haven't actually applied it to my image, but it may look nice.
6. Then, we are going to use a brush that I have made.
. Create a new raster layer and set to Normal 62 %.

And you're done! The splatter brush is optional.
