1 - Crop your image.
2 - Duplicate the layer, and set it to soft light with the opacity 40%.
3 - Make a new fill layer, set it to exclusion and fill it with 04041e.
4- Make a new Color Balance:
MIDTONES: 11, 0, -20
HIGHLIGHTS: 0, 0, 17
5- New Hue/Saturation layer:
MASTER: 2, -3, 0
REDS: 0, 35, 0
