Well, this is my first tutorial, sorry if it's somewhat messy.

Well, this is my first tutorial, sorry if it's somewhat messy.
How to get:
1. Crop your base and resize to 100x100 pixels. You can use my base too.
2. Sharpen if you need to.
3. Create a new raster layer. Fill it with #200577 and set to Exclusion 100%
4. Create another raster layer and fill it with #f3314c. Set to Lighten 55%
5. Create another raster layer and fill it with #fafbb9 and set to Multiply 100%.
6. Copy and paste this onto your image. Set it to Dodge 100%.
And voila, you're done! A nice and easy image effect for your icon!
