Let's get these Teen Hearts Beating Faster
Made in Photoshop 7- (it should be translatable)
Step 1-
Start with your base photo, then crop it and rotate it- whatever you want. (I used this picture)
>>Duplicate your base, and set it to hard light (50% opacity)
>>Go to Layer>New Fill Layer>Solid Color- and enter #CE135A
>>Set the Color Fill Layer to Lighten (60% opacity)

Step 2-
Duplicate your base and drag it to the top.
>>Set it to Pin Light (100% opacity)

Step 3-
Go to Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Hue/Saturation
>>Put in the following settings: Saturation (+26) & Lightness (-15)

Step 4-
Time for another Fill color. Select your Hue/Saturation layer then
>>Go to Layer>New Fill Layer>Solid Color- and enter #223154
>>Set the Fill Layer to Exclusion (65% opacity)
>>>Make another one (Layer>New Fill Layer>Solid Color) and enter #9ACCDC
>>>Set the new Fill Layer to Color Burn (83% opacity)

Step 5-
Now we will merge all the layers together by doing Layer>Flatten Image
>>Duplicate the new base
>>Go to Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Levels
>>Input the following numbers: (40, 1.39, 216)

Step 6-
Copy the first texture, and paste it onto your base. (Feel free to move it around and such- be creative. The base will show through anything colored in black)
~~~>
>>Set the texture to Lighten (100% opacity)
>>Merge the two layers (ctrl+e)
Step 7-
Now to add some fun with the lighting, copy the following gradient and paste it onto your base. (Again- be creative and move the gradient.)
~~~>
>>Set the layer to Linear Dodge (100% opacity)

Step 8-
Add some text, brushes, or whatever to the empty white space you have, because you're now done! =D
