1. prep your base. crop, sharpen, screen etcetc.
2. layers > new adjustment layer > hue/saturation/lightness. settings:
master; 0, 25, 0
red; 0, -8, 0
yellows; 0, 36, 0
greens; 0, 26, 0
cyans; 0, 30, 0
blues; 0, 34, 0
magentas; 0, 17, 0
3. layers > new raster layer. fill it with #93ddf3 & set it to burn 100%
4. layers > new raster layer. fill it with #000040 & set it to exclusion 100%
5. layers > new raster layer. fill it with #3e0000 & set it to exclusion 100%
6. duplicate your base layer 3 times. drag them all to the top. set the top one to luminance (L) 100% & set the one under that to soft light 100% & set the one under that to screen 100%
