Getting this colouring:

Good quality caps, people!
Start with your base:

Duplicate and screen however many times is necessary.
1. Duplicate base set to colour dodge
2.Duplicate base set to soft light and lower opacity to something like 50.. depends with your image.
3. New fill layer #e07507 set to colour burn 8%
4. New fill layer #d2e1ff set to colour burn 32%
5. New curves layer
RGB point: input - 97, output - 135
RED first point: input - 61, output - 71
RED second point: input - 180, output - 206
6. New colour balance layer:
MIDTONES: +26, 0, -30
SHADOWS: +16, 0, 0
HIGHLIGHTS: -29, 0, +28
Set this layer to soft light
7. Selective colour layer:
REDS: -100, 0, 100, 0
YELLOWS: -100, 0, 100, 0
NEUTRALS: +43, 0,-7, 0
