- Selective Color:
R:-26, +5, +22, -12
Y:+12, -16, -22, 0
N:+14, -2, -16, +5
Blacks:0, 0, 0, +5

- Levels:
RGB: 20, 1.15, 242

- Selective Color:
R:-35, -26, +30, 0
Y:+20, -30, -100, 0
N:-5, 0, +5, 0

- Selective Color:
R:0, +27, +100, 0
Y:0, +23, -63, 0
N:+12, -16, 0, +2

- depends in your icon if it's too yellow add Color Fill #446a90 set it to softlight, O:50% ..

- Selective Color:
R:-43, 0, +36, 0
Y:-38, 0, -42, 0
N:-2, 0, -7, 0

- Hue/Saturation :
S: +14 ..

open this texture

by ??? if you know by who tell me ..
go to your icon

press Ctr+A and then Shift+Ctrl+C and then go to the texture and press Ctrl+V to paste it ..

resize your icon to a smaller ..

add a new layer under the icon [Chris] and create a white sequare ..

add stroke to it #000000 change the opacity to 20% ..

do the same thing for a smaller sized ..

and do your magic ..
