1. Crop your image and sharpen if needed. I didn't.

2. Duplicate your layer and set it to soft light with the opacity of 100%.

3. Make a new curves layer and set your settings like this:
RGB:
I:106
O:24

RED
I: 80
O: 60

4. Now make a new selective color layer and enter these settings:
REDS: -87,11,17,-14
YELLOWS: 100, 6, -57, 25
NEUTRALS: 30, 0, 11, 22

5. Make a new channel mixer layer:

RED: 107, 6,5
BLUE: 2, 4, 102

6. Make a new color fill layer, set it to exclusion(100%) and fill with 050001.

7. Another selective color layer:
REDS: 100, 0, 0, 0
YELLOWS: -100, 0, 0,0

8. The final step is new Hue/Saturation layer:
REDS: 0, 20, 0

3. Make a new Curves layer:

4. Make a new selective color layer:

5. New color fill layer, set it to exclusion with the 75% opacity and fill with 000003.

6. In the final step, make a new Hue/Saturation layer:
REDS: 0, 15, 7
YELLOWS: -7, 25, 0
