1. Sharpen your image if needed. Duplicate and set on screen at Opacity: 46% (depends on image).

2. Go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Color Balance.

    Midtones: 86, 0, 0
    Shadows: -100, 0, 0
    Highlights: -12, -9, -21

3. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Hue/ Saturation

   Master: 0, 20, 0

4. Layer> New Adjstment Layer > Selective Color

    Red: -100, 0, 0, 86 (you may have to change it a little based on your image)
    Neutrals: -5, 0, -5, -5

5. Layer > New Layer
    Fill with #178697 > Set to Soft Light with Opacity: 43%

6. Layer > New Layer
    Fill with #E5C189 > Set to Soft Light with Opacity: 30%
