In four simple steps get from

to this:
1) Take your base and sharpen it to what you feel like. Then duplicate the base and set it to Soft Light at 59%.
>>>
2) Duplicate it again, and set it to Multiply at 100%
>>>
3) Create a fill layer and use #f9c3bd for the color (File > New > Color: HTML: #f9c3bd) and set it to Multiply 28%. You can stop here, or you can go to the last step to add a little bit more shadow to the icon.
>>>
4) Take the texture (which isn't made by made, please tell me the mastermind who made it!!) and put as Saturation 15%.
>>>
And you're done! Comments would be appreciated. :D
EDIT: Found the person who made the texture! It's the wonderful
