Texture Help

Hey everyone. I was wondering if anyone would help me find a tutorial on how to make a text texture? The ones I have are made by other people, so they sometimes don't work for me. It would be wonderful if you tell me what font it is too (and if I have to download it  from somewhere ^^). I have Paintshop Pro X2. Thank you~
