1. Duplicate base, set to Soft Light at 100% opacity.
2. Brightness/Contrast
Brightness: -34
Contrast: -44
3. New layer, and Stamp Visible (Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E).
4. Duplicate new base from step three, and set to Screen at 31% opacity.
5. Levels
RGB: 0, 0.87, 223
6. New layer, flood fill with #2A0402. Set layer to Exclusion at 55% opacity.
7. New layer, and Stamp Visible. Sharpen if needed.
