1. Sharpen your base.
2. Duplicate your base twice. Set the first one to Screen 100%, and the second to Soft Light 100%.
3. Fill a new layer with a dark blue, and set it to Exclusion 100%.
4, Fill a new layer with a light tan, and set it to Multiply 100%.
5. Fill a new layer with a light cyan, and set it to Color Burn 100%. (This makes the final result not quite so red.)
6. New Selective Color Layer:
RED: -100, 0, 100, 0
YELLOW: 100, 0, -100, 0
GREEN: 100, 100, -100, 15
CYAN: 100, 100, -100, 0
NEUTRAL: 20, 0, -10, 0
7. Another Selective Color Layer:
RED: -100, 0, 100, 0
YELLOW: 100, 0, -100, 0
BLACK: 3, 0, 0, 28
8. New Hue/Saturation Layer:
RGB: Up the saturation to +20.
YELLOW: Reduce the saturation to -38.
9. New Brightness/Contrast Layer:
Brightness: 10
Contrast: 10
