duplicate your base and set to screen - 100%

selective colour layer -
reds: -50, +20, +20, 0
yellows: +100, +50, -20, -30
neutrals: +20, -10, -10, +10
blacks: +10, -5, -10, +10

step 4:
channel mixer layer -
red: +140, -45, 0
blue: -69, +75, +100

step 5:
new fill layer - #081C06 and set to exclusion - 50%

step 6:
new fill layer - #E0F2FA and set to colour burn - 100%

step 7:
new fill layer - #F8F3E4 and set to multiply - 100%
