STEP ONE! Open up your base and screen, sharpen, etc. I went to Filter >> Sharpen >> Sharpen edges.

STEP TWO! Duplicate your layer and set it to Screen 50%.

STEP THREE! Layer >> New Adjustment Layer >> Selective Color. Fill in these settings:

Reds: -100, +15, -78, -5
Yellows: -4, +13, -56, +5
Whites: +100, +5, -64, +19
Neutrals: +14, +12, +13, +3
Blacks: +100, +100, +100, +100

STEP FOUR! Layer >> New Adjustment Layer >> Curves. Fill in these settings:

RBG: Input: 154, Output: 169.
Red: Input: 111, Output: 82.
Green: First point: Input 70, Output 82. Second point: Input: 136, Output 131.
Blue: Input: 146, Output: 127.

STEP FIVE! Layer >> New Adjustment Layer >> Color Balance. Fill in these settings:

Midtones: -16, +10, +13.
Shadows: -33, -14, +27
Highlights: +6, +18, +2

STEP SIX! Duplicate your base layer, drag it to the top and set it to Luminosity 50%.
