1. duplicate your base two times, set the first to soft light 100% - the second to screen 100%
2. new fill layer - fill with 4E0C0C - set to exclusion 41%
3. duplicate the fill layer - set to screen 11%
4. new selective color layer with these settings:
reds: -100 ; 0 ; +100 ; 0
yellows: -100 ; 0 ; 0 ; +9
cyans: +100 ; 0 ; -100 ; 0
whites: -100 ; 0 ; +100 ; 0
neutrals: +48 ; 0 ; -17 ; -29
5. new selective color layer with these settings:
reds: -100 ; 0 ; +100 ; 0
6. new fill layer - fill with ECF32C - set to soft light 30%
7. new selective color layer with these settings:
reds: -100 ; 0 ; +100 ; 0
yellows: 0 ; 0 ; -100 ; 0
cyans: +100 ; 0 ; -100 ; 0
neutrals: +13 ; -6 ; -21 ; +52
8. new fill layer - fill with FFFFFF - set to soft light 42%
play with your settings
probably if your image is too red you may need to skip step 5
if you want to darken your image set the opacity of the last layer up to 42%
