Animation

This is a long shot.

I was wondering if someone could make a very detailed tutorial on how to make animations.
Like how to download a video to converting it to opening it in pscs2/imageready{or whatever} to editing it to lowering it to 40KB when saving to saving it. You know...basically everything. I'm in no rush since I know this will probably take forever and a day to make. But I would appreciate this immensely.
