Filter > Sharpen > Unsharp Mask
Amount: 36%
Radius: 2.9 pixels
Threshold: 5 Levels
2a. Edit > Fade Unsharp Mask

2b. Set the blend mode to Soft Light 100%.
3. Duplicate the background Layer again. Drag it to the top of the palette.
Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur
Radius: 4.9
3a. Edit > Fade Gaussian Blur

4. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color
Red: -100, 0, +100, 0
Yellow: +100, 0, -100, 0

5. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color
