raster layers on PS7?
i read this tutorial by 
anoldloveletter & they used PSP but i have photoshop. they used a raster layer in one step & i liked the way the color turned out in this picture. is there any way, in photoshop, that i could get an image that color. can you use raster layers on photoshop? i tried playing around with color but it wasn't the same. thanks in advance.
