Step 1:

Paste this base of Elisha Cuthbert into Photoshop.


Step 2:

Paste this texture by awmp @ livejournal on top of your base.



Step 3:

Set it to Lighten, 100%.



Step 4:

Paste this texture by dusty_memories @ livejournal on top of all previous layers.



Step 5:

Press CTRL + I to inverse it, and then set it to Hard Light, 25%.



Step 6:

Paste this texture by tuulia_ @ livejournal on top of all previous layers.



Step 7:

Set it to Lighten, 100%.



Step 8:

Paste this gradient by colorscene @ livejournal on top of all previous layers.



Step 9:

Set it to Lighten, 33%.



Step 10:

Put on some large white text, and then tiny black text.



Step 11:

Press CTRL + M to get to the Curves menu, and then set it approximately to the diagram below.
